I paid for 6 months of service plus upgrades for JustCloud service which appears to be non-existent and did not work. I contacted the company by email as that was the only means possible and I just keep getting "let's talk about it" replies. I requested cancellation on six attempts and still getting the same BS. These people are scammers and have no intention of making good on the their customer satisfaction claims. Hope you bust them!
