ISP RIPOFF Always getting disconnected in 5 to 10 min.internet

Peoplepc.com clams to have unlimited access to the internet. But I keep getting disconnected within 5 min. And their tech help says it's my computer settings. I have tried to change all my setting to match their settings. That does not help. After my 3 month trial at $5.97 they changed the price to $10.95 I think with the poor service I think they should only charge $5.97 a month.
P.S. Before I could even finish this report I was disconnceted.
