Ripoff terrible internet service

We sighned up for peoplepc because we are retired and on a fixed income and are members of aarp. It was the biggest mistake! It is the worst internet service! Every time we would get on our computer to look something up or ck. Our e-mail it would come up page not found or you would get half way through and it would disconnect! How frustrating! We called the service and spent over an hr. With someone you couldn't even understand and didn't know how to fix the problem.! They said it was our computer and didn't help at all. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone! We had it disconnected and will go with a more reliable service if there is such a thing.
