We received a call at home to sell web site hosting service. We said no, but sure send us some info in the mail. At no time did we agree to a 30 day trial! The put it in anyway and since we didn't cancel after the "trial" period we were charged 43.55 on our phone bill. I called Galacy and they said in the most offensive tone that we agreed and tough, you must pay.

Galacy tried to hard sell us by calling our home. The are the most rude people in customer service I had ever spoken to. It appears that they feed off people that don't look at their phone bill too close and hope you pay the fees. I was fortunate to get my 39.95 back but I didn't get my taxes back. SBC ate those fees. When you call the customer service line in kindness, they are immediately on the defence and tell you to quite being a baby and pay! It is recommended not to do busines with these people. Who knows, maybe they will be featured on 60 minutes in the future.
