I made a mistake and agreed to a one month free trial costing me £6.00. After I had submitted my debit card details they then informed me that I was now a premiere member "what" I thought, I knew I had one month to cancel within the trial period but what I didn't know was, if I didn't do so within the months they would take £146.00 and I would automatically become a Special member. Immediately I thought this isn't right as I didn't sign-up to be a member, I got through to their help line and sent them a email requesting that they cancel my trial period as I didn't agree to this membership, they then came back asking if I would prefer another means of payment I declined stating I just wanted to cancel, and that I was having difficulty doing so.
The following day I tried to contact them again and found that they had deleted me from going onto their site, "hence there was no way of me cancelling this trial period" which in effect meant I was unable to cancel this trial and by not doing so that then gave them the right to make me a premiere member.

I tried emailing them, the response back was that my email had been undelivered, I was unable to get a contact no or fax no of which they had previously stated they could be contacted on.

I have been to see my Bank and they are going to contact them requesting that they cancel this none-agreement agreement my Bank are also gonna monitor my account as they are due to take a very large sum of money of which I didn't agree too. They have been sussed out, they make it impossible for you to cancel directly with them, and hope that you don't take action before the due date so they can rinse your account. My advise is this, if you were sucked-in by this SCAM, get to your Bank immediately and have them cancel any direct payment to this corrupted organization. I was the lucky one as I acted immediately don't let them get their hands on your cash.
