Most PAINFUL social media and MOST irritating SMSs

Can Facebook PLEASE stop sending me messages each time I get a poke or a whatever on my facebook page. I have to say that of all the social media I find Facebook the most irritating and invasive of all. I am so put off facebook now that I don't even visit my page anymore. I keep getting smss from a 13999 number, I have sent stop several times, the SMSs stop and then after a month they start up again. Obviously a money making S C A M. It took me almost 3 weeks to remove Facebook from my new Android phone and finally I have managed to do that successfully thank goodness. These guys are like a cult or worse a virus. Stop it already.
