Charges on bank statement and no phone number to call

I don't recall these charges all at once. I saw them on my bank statement, and why isn't there a phone number you can call? If they do it to a lot of people, they will be making a lot of money. I am on Facebook, I play games and I have a Facebook page. So I hope someone can help me with this problem! I know it's not a lot of money, but the point is that they shouldn't be doing it at all.
