Will Scam Your Account Charged for a modem that was never sent Over charged for service

This service seemed like a good deal, but was a nightmare. I signed up online and was told the setup fee would be waived. But they added it too my first service bill. They charged 25$ to ship me a free modem.
I never received the modem after 4 weeks of calls, always a diffrent lie. They cut off 1 channel after 2 weeks. Took forever just to get the email with my login so I could connect.

3 times they told me they would credit my bank for the overcharge, never happened. After 2 1/2 weeks of trying to use there service I called to cancel they will not cancel the account without 199.95 charge.

They did not tell me this up front, and I never signed anything. So I am disputing the charges on my card.

Also filed with the BBB.

Just don't ever think about giving them your card number.
