Pendant is not all silve

May 24 — your drop down doesn't give 2013 as an option.
The pendant says 925 but it's not; it's silver, copper and brass; not what I wanted. I sent it back and now they won't respond to me at all. I just wanted to swap it out with one that is all silver and told them I would pay the difference. I have sent 15 or so emails so far and no one will respond. I also sent emails to Gibert & Freche, because I know they are one and the same. Still no response.
I just want the darn pendant back. I will just keep it and will never do business with them again. What are my options? Can I do anything to recoup my piece or the money I paid?
From what I've read online they don't respond to any complaints and they won't even respond to the BBB. So I'm supposed to suck it up to being ripped off? Not fair and not right.
