$60 Mail-In Rebate for 200GB hard drive purchased at Outpost not honored ripoff

Seagate is not honoring a $60 mail-in rebate on their 200GB ATA hard drive I purchased at Outpost.com in September. The reason they give at their tracking site (http://www.seagaterebates.com) is: Serial number submitted is not a Seagate retail hard drive serial number.

I have copies of all the documentation I submitted. They are incorrect. When I saw this on the site I immediately did a search on the internet and found numerous complaints on many web sites about Seagate and several of their recent hard drive rebates.
