Ripoff tryed to bill me for a service that I did not use

I just received a bill for $20.00 for a web site that they said I visited on dec. The 4th at 02:48 pm. My brother an I was christmas shopping all day that dy from 08:00 am till 6:00 pm. That night. I live alone an no one has my password so no one could have use my computer.
