Ripoff Fraudulant billing by hijacking computer modem

I recieved a bill from Premier Premium Communications for premium rate web site that I did not order, my computer was hit with some type of hijacking virus and it was connecting to this site without my knowledge or consent, I finally had to quit using this computer because it was dialing a connection all by itself, I belive that this company is spreading a virus that causes computers on a dial up connection to dial these 1-900 type services.

The bill I recieved was for $185.00 the bill gave me an e-mail address to respond to, but it only sent me a form type letter trying to convince me that I am liable for all charges and that my credit would be damaged if I did not pay!
