Ripoff

I Received a bill from premier premium communications for a site the say I visited or called in the uk.
I never was in touch with these people for no reason and I was charged $40.00 dollars for services never used. I will not be paying this bill I feel it is unfair and If I need to take further action I will! I am an honest person and I feel that I have been violated with my privacy!

Please help me with this problem and get it resolved.
