Unauthorized bank withdrawals on a credit card never received or used

I requested a charge card, offered my bank account #, did not notice other things, till my bank declaration mentioned that freedom plus jewelry withdrew costs from my banking account. Used to do not get a credit card and didn't cost something for this card. It has occurred 4 times. Is there something I will do to obtain my money-back? I can't look for a telephone # or site to keep in touch with these folks without providing a banking account #, and that is not occurring.
