I spoke with AT&T today concerning no tv or internet first thing this morning. Everything worked till at least midnight the night before. The csr told me that there was no service coming into the house. No charges would be involved for the technician to fix it. I called later in the day after the tech called and said he had the right to charge a fee. I told the csr that I had already been told that it was outside the house and I did not want a charge. The tech checked behind the house and things started working, then he came inside and said things inside were unplugged (inside). HUH? And he said the dog must have done it. The door was closed where the equipment was at and the 7# dog was asleep in my bed when I turned off the tv and I carried him to his bed in the computer room as soon as I woke up. I refused to sign the work order but did receive a $149 bill by email. My husband and I are physically unable to go to the boxes and push this and hold that on the boxes. Now what? I talked to a supervisor the second time, addressing the charges. So 1 person can say no charge and another one can say charge I hope AT&T will address this because I can't talk to someone one the phone to address this
