Driver support, good luck, better luck hitting the lotto

I have been trying for several days now to get an up dated driver for a Scanport SQ 300, The Scanport Web sights are totally worthless, all of their " tech." pages are down, it takes some kind of " pass word " to talk to anyone.
Absolutely no information on how to get a " pass word ", totally a dead end road..

Finally got a phone # from another source, then another, finally had 6 and all of those were worthless.
Got an Email address, then another, and a few more, all of those are worthless.

Seems to me no one in that company has a clue of where they are at, but I sure know where they can go.

I don't know if I am satisifed with their product or not, after almost 2 yrs still haven't got it to work...
This is not a new thing, I have given up several times and tried again. Fineally had enough.
