Ripoff sold me software that doesn't work and sold me support that they don't provide

I purchased EBS software last year and after acquiring my first client I discovered that there were flaws in the software. Reports do not crossfoot. Reports have page overflow problems and end of file problems (ie detail lines are duplicated when either of the aforementioned conditions occur). Transaction
codes are inconsistent in the way they populate transactions (ie in some cases the default amount populates the transaction but in other cases the default amount does not populate the transaction). The transaction codes are formatted in the same manner - the only difference is code name and associated amount.
The database gets corrupted for no apparent reason and the utility to correct it does not work without an assist from EBS. Many of the features just do not work (ie reports can not be saved in a readable format nor can they be emailed to others).

I have reported these problems to EBS over and over again but they never get resolved and a few weeks ago (November 12) when I called again to get them to fix the problems with their system I was told that I had to pay $249.99 in order to get any support from them. I paid the $249.99 but to date have not received any support. I have sent several emails and left several phone messages but have not received any responses.

I would like to know if a class action suit is being considered and if so I would like to be a part of it. I can not expand my client base with software that doesn't perform. I am also close to losing the only client that I do have because I can not provide her with meaningful reports.
