Horrible! - cable, phone, internet

Comcast is the absolute worst company ever! I was without my on demand feature for a full day (not the end of the world, I know) but ruined my plans for the day. I called them to ask about some kind of compensation for the loss. They said there was nothing they could do about it. Well that's so great, great customer service! My boyfriend plays xbox online and experiences so many internet problems every weekend! We have had the technician out 3 times, still it happens. What is going on with them? Get your shit together and do your job!!!
