Misleading, will not respond to emails, no phone number or address, seems to be illegitimate

I have made multiple attempts to contact the developer without any return communication. This tells me the developer does not care about me as a PAYING customer despite their application stating that i have not paid for the app and refuses to download essential resources to play "predators". Google play store indicates the application is compatible with my device. The only way to find this issue is to download the app and "hope" it works.

Bait= low price
line=popular scifi brand
switch= the app does not work and basically states that you do not have a purchased application installed AFTER you have paid.
