Charged 15% Restocking Fee on Gift Camera That Stopped Working

Best Buy on Lake Forest Dr in Irvine, CA knowingly sells defective merchandise and then scams people for a 15% "restocking" fee if you don't return it within 14 days. I bought a digital camera and gave it to someone as a gift. They notified me 2 weeks later that it wasn't working. I returned it and was shocked by the hostile nature of the management in that particular store. They told me they've had a lot of problems with that brand of camera but still marketed it any way and would not give me credit for an exchange to a better brand camera without clipping me for the 15% fee. I'm boycotting this Best Buy as are my friends and office mates here in town.
