Rip off no service

I purchase a 4g hot spot form net zero, i researched the service area on their website and it stated i have service in my area, i ordered the 4G hot spot, it arrived and I had no service. I called customer support to try to activate the hotspot, after 6 calls over a month i still had no service, they kept telling me it is being escalated to technical support, i asked for a refund and i would return the device, they stated to me there was no refunds, I stated i cant use your product which they stated would work in my area, and it still has no service. This is suck a ripoff and very unprofessional people
