AT&T U-VERSE/Franklin Collection Service
Would not give name at&t u-verse internet

I had at&t u-verse install there cable an internet service in my stucco home an the sub-let installer installed the services i requested an when i got home you would not belive the mess he made on my home. 1st he drilled four holes in my stuco home an i called at&t an they said its on the installer, so i made about twenty five or so phone call, s to no avail, an now the have retained t=franklin collection service to pursue collection of the sum of $1129.92 for the return of there equipment such as cable boxes an remotes. I wrote the certified mail on several attempts to resolve this matter, i in my letters an by phone messages to come out an repair my home an remove seventy foot of black cable on my tan stucco home an remove all of there equipment an pick up there boxes at the same time. An till this day i am having problems with wind an water leaks from this shabby install, an now they want me to pay for the equipment,

At any cost stay away from this company as they will quote you a price an jerk you around as they have done in my whole community an these are not cheap home an to send a collection service after me, it will be a cold day in held before i subcum to this harassment from either one of these companies, so be aware of the at&t uverse program its not that good an the service sucks, i will persue this matter in a court of law to no end before i pay a collection angent for the abuse i have gone an still going through from this disaster pf a company, ps ai am being quoted a price og $5300.00 to repair with no guarantees this will solve my stucco from cracking even more???
