Avenue Social is a fraud company whose main practice is to offer low quotes, receive a 20% advance and then delay indefinitely and not deliver the project. I hired them, sent them an advance but when realized their practice after 2 months I asked for the project's termination and a refund. I've been avoided since with constant delays and excuses, for months now.
They claim their base is in Sunnyvale California but all the people involved have Pakistani names, accents and respond to emails in Pakistani working hours. The exception is their pre-sales employee, Jourdan Chouhan.
