Todayican
Ripoff fraud credit card theft misleading aggravating waste of my time Internet

Miscellaneous

Mid- July Todayican's advertisement came up while I was shoping for a car online in AOL. I purchased their book for applying for grants. After gaining access to their grant information online I realized what the advertisement was a fraud. The advertisement leads you to believe that they walk you through the process.

All they really do is give you information that is already available through the library and free online at other sites. There is a lot of pep talk, go get'em talk, but no real assistance. Which is why most people go for the pitch. On July 21 my credit card company billed my card for two payments each 19.95. I had already contacted Todayican and canceled their service previous to this charge and they advised me my subscription with them was canceled.

Today, September 24, I check my current credit card statement and there was a new charge from Todayican, which hit my account on September 21 for 19.93. I called the 8776807025 number on my credit card statment and got the recording about their business hours. I then sent an email to my credit card company asking them not to accept any more charges from Todayican. I will be asking them for assistance in recovering the 19.93. If there are any class action lawsuits against Todayican, please contact me.
