Prior to completion of W9 or W4 form contact to a Mr. Michael Isreal was successful, after obtaining all of my personal info, I never heard back from him again and his voicemail is always full I could never leave a message and no response back from this person or anyone else in the "Company"

Safe to say DO NOT deal with this person or this company... Until further notice it is a RIP OFF!
