On June 4 the Pennsylvania Securities Commission issued a Summary Order to Cease and Desist against Atlanta based Curing Capital, Inc. And Michael Dion, the company's CEO with a website: www.curingcapital.com.

Earlier this year one or more complaints were filed which stated that Curing is an "Investment Capital" and "Venture Capital" company which "represents" a number of "private companies".
