Ripoff this company has a trogenvirus infecting my computer using it to bill me

I have had a viris infectin my computer... It has cuaed me alot of problems computer wise... I clicked on the site to lood k for a way of deleting it... It jams up my computer... It does delete then reinstalls itself. I have tried everything i know to get rid of this... Then i received a bill from this company in the maIL. For 30.00and any phone billi getsaying there is a 6 min min 30.00... Their virus keeps messin with my computer as i type this
