Phone scam, auto-dialer within my computer dialed the UK without my knowledge and permission. Ripoff

We received an invoice w/a $30 charge on it stating my computer made a phone call to the UK back in mid-October. Then my phone bill came with 2 calls to the UK listed on it. Now my charges are up to $51. When questioning Premier Premium Communications, George claims the calls were authorized by someone at my phone line. Someone had to have clicked the 'accept' button. No one is up at 4 A.M. On a school night in my house! PPC say if I do not pay I will get a late fee attached and I will be responsible for collection fee.

I am mad that someone/thing has invaded my quiet life in my computer and home. I do not know what to do.
