Ripoff would not refund me after returning the item

I bought a memory card for my computer and it didn't work, I exchange it three times and the last time when I told them that I wanted my money back they said that they have not recieve the memory yet. It has been more than a month and the other memories that I returned only took 3 days to get to them.
