Billed for Refused Delivery Order Then Reported to Credit Agency

Ordered a computer changed my mind and call to cancel order. Would not sign for delivery and was sent back. They charged me anyway and reported me to credit agency. Took me 10 months to straighten out billing. On the phone daily to India where they have no power to straighten out anything, and now they won't take it off my credit report, they are the worst company i have ever talked to in my life and now I can't get a loan because of there company.
