Time Warner cable has NO customer service. I have scheduled 3 different days for service. Three times waited for hours. Three times they do not show up or they have changed the times and the latest was someone in their organization cancelled the order, without letting me, the customer know. Each of the phone operators (and supervisors?) say the same thing, ask the same questions, and have zero result. I have spent more than 3 hours on the phone with incompetency. I would love to know where to get results and where to file a REAL complaint where I could get REAL results.
