Took the money, but never send products

Dear Sirs, here are a few details: I requested a "Edge runner PDK" to kingofsword the 22nd of july to get a price of 138.88 US$ (Journey to Portugal item). They got the cash from the 25th of july. Then I've no information and cannot acquire any, despite numerous e-mails that I deliver for them. They ultimately offered a solution the 20th of september stating that it'll be deliver straight from their provider. Because this very day I've no information despite again emails for them. I send email (the Next of sept) to request journey or refunding of the cash. But I've no information since this day.
