BUYER bought from me on ebay. Let me a negative 12 hours later claiming i didnt ship and demanded the product. Product wasnt shipped (cause he was alreay starting trouble). He filed a paypal claimten bought something else from me on his sons name. I gave his money back and now wants me to pay him a extra $30 to leave me alone.

Im sorry to inform you, it doesnt end here. What bothers me the most here, is you not owning any responsibility for your actions. If you made a mistake, I would just accepted that and moved on. I actually put a freeze on the funds the moment you couldnt provide any proof of a second set or tracking #. Thats what got you the neg feedback. Cant you just be honest here? Not being honest is causing most of your problems. I didnt cause the trouble here. The trouble was caused by yourself not doing things they way you should {and continue to do, eg: autographed drum sticks} and I did try to help you with those things. So not knowing, can not be used as a viable excuse. You did in fact did try to resell them. You did in fact sell them for more and are liable for the difference of $30 and I feel entitled to that. You made a contract and broke it. I will accept $30 via my pay pal address which you have as complete compensation and that will end this {please make a notation as compensation for damages of resold bongos for your own records}. Im not trying to extort money, only what I feel needs to be done to justify some of the damages caused. The other option is you will be responsible for the cost of a subpena for your address listed on your pay pal/eBay account/bank, and the cost of a subpena from my phone company of proof of your phone number on my incoming calls {that was a clear violation of ebays abuse of confidential information}, a lawyers time to get the subpenas, court cost, and the difference of the value for what you actually did end up selling them for, in court. This agreement is only valid for 48 hours of receiving it. Here once again, Im giving you the chance to make this right, I will offer or accept no other. You can privatize everything, by privacy/hiding has a cost. I never knew you before this sale and have been completely honest with you. You could have fixed it at anytime, but chose this path instead. All I did was buy a set of bongos off ebay.
