Fashionpay.com just ruined christmas! And for my husband who is coming home from serving!

I was ordering a gift from this website, it's a specific jersey my husband really wants. It is very hard to find, my husband is coming home for Christmas and I haven't seen him in 7 months, and I know he would really really want this, I found this website, looked good, and ordered it. It said that it received my payment. It's been almost a week and no word on shipping. I ordered this early so I could get it by Christmas. Still nothing... My husband is coming home soon. I looked more into this website and found out it was a rip off and scam! I was devastated! So now not only did I loose money, but I lost a gift to give my husband when he comes home. It was a lot of money too.
