LePan Tablets support for LePan tablet, will not respond to calls, or emails, call phone numbers no answe

I bought a LePan tablet from best buy, my tablet went off while I was playing it, it would not come on, I contacted best buy and they gave me a support number to call, and email, this company would not email me back, well I looked up complaints on bbb they had several complaints, so bbb had 2 phone numbers so you could reach this company, they was no longer in service, come to find out this is a company that LePan hired them to do repairs, turns out this company does refurbishing for several companys, [DuraBand, Elements, Hann. G, Philips, vizia RCA]I read a complaint were this lady said they wanted her to purchase a return shipping box and pay 50.00 if you have a LePAN tABLET PLEASE CONTACT BBB, IF YOU DON'T GET THE ANSWER YOU WANT FROM THEM, CONTACT YOUR ATTORNEY GENERAL, CONSUMER AFFAIR this company want honor your warrantry.
