Ripoff Will not remove me from their email newsletters after repeated attempts in a variety of ways for months

After many attempts to do so, I am filing an official complaint that FTP will not remove me from their newsletters. I followed the steps they outlined and even received a "SUCCESS!" message in my web browser last week after trying to remove myself for the ump-teenth time. But, today I received yet another newsletter.
