I have had problems since day one basically. Every time I send a payment out to them, via check because a computer company some how doesn't accept online payments, they always post my payments as late. I can send a check out 2 weeks before its due and it still never gets posted to my account before the due date. Every time I email I get a generic "well why don't you let us auto debit your back account" response.

Last month they claim to have never received my check. I sent another out, before the extension date and started receiving calls from thier collections dept, in Delhi. Now they say they never received the 2nd payment and are saying I will be accruing late fees.

How can they take payments in Illinois, and have some one from India call to tell me they aren't getting my payments? The 2 offices cannot be in communication. I have even filed a formal complaint on the Chicago BBB website... Let's see what happens.
