Inflated late fees?

I leased a computer, laptop and camera equipment for my business. I actually have a lease.

My lease payments are $186.56 monthly... I round this up to $187. Each month. This payment is due on the 13th of each month... Dell receives this payment anywhere between the 15th and 18th of each month... Well within a grace period... However... Dell doesn't post this to my account until 10 or more days beyond when they receive the payment and then they have the audacity to charge ME late fees! Which I simply refuse to pay.
In order to make life even more interesting... Dell reps from India call me EVERYDAY!!! No less than 6 times a day, often more... Now, when I say everyday I mean EVERYDAY!

I have found it is useless to explain anything to them... They are scripted and do not listen!
One told me (in really awful "english" that I pay only every other month...)

I am going to write to attorney general and supply proof that they are receiving the payments monthly.
Oh, and Dell has told me I owe almost $800.00 in late fees... Well, I have no intention of paying that! And I have told them that... But again, they do not listen... To really add some icing on the cake my lease payment is over $200. Month now...

I would like to buy out my lease, but can just imagine what Dell will tell me to pay!

I'd send it back and mention where they might be able to put these items... But I really need my system setup for my business and have a good idea this situation will not make my purchase of another system very easy. As I am sure that if Dell says I "owe on delinquent account" that I can't make a purchase elsewhere!!...??? Too bad I didn't read these reports sooner that later!
