Fraud, Misrepresentation, Overbilling

This was a bad experience from the start. What was suppose to be free with regards to installation was not, bonus package of first year NFL was charged, they used old baggies to tie the internet cable to the pole holding the receiver. Speed was slower than my cell phone with one bar signal strength. Customer service was terrible no way to get passed to a supervisor. My plan without my permission went from 79 to 149 a month
