Horrible experience. Purchase your dog collar. 3 months later I sent them wondering where it had been plus they mentioned it had been back-ordered for 6 months however they might update the delivery. 7 months later I sent them again (because they can't proactively allow their clients understand if anything is postponed). They didn't react. Fundamentally, I named and lastly got ahold of somebody and simply had them stop the purchase. As a whole, I sent them possibly five times (just got an answer twice) and named twice (left a note plus they never replied), Our suggestion would be to prevent this site no matter what. Definitely horrible customer support!
