I requested a GPS device from HD Camera Globe and named exactly the same day-to verify my purchase, Michael Levy (customer support representative) attempted anything in his capacity to upsale me application, warrenties, etc. The named was completed when I described I simply needed the GPS device and he put having a smug "I Will simply deliver the system Mam."

1 week later with no device, and so I named HD Camera Globe again and spoke to Michael again. He told me that I'd never named to verify purchase that it'd definitly not be in my experience from the day indicated on order form. I requested to talk to supervisor and was hungup on. Called again, hungup on. Named again and was informed the purchase have been terminated, then hung-up on, no clarification

Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!
