Citi Cards provides a free one month test of Credit Inform, who check your credit history etc. I had been guaranteed when I named inside the first thirty days that I'd not get any costs.

About 3 months after registering, I obtained my preliminary statement and named instantly to stop the support to prevent any costs. I used 40 minute having a consultant who in the beginning experimented with save the consideration, after which assured me the account have been shut.

Today, May 29, I had been researching my charge card claims and observed 4 weeks of costs from Credit Inform of $12.95 each. I named CreditNotify to correct this, so that as they offered me no verification quantity and state not to have any records or report about the consideration of my preceding telephone call they WOn't recognize my termination. The "customer support consultant" was extremely insulting. She constantly abandoned and put me on-hold many times after I might demand that she I would like to complete my phrase. She stated that she was the greatest boss, simply to discover next it was false.

This service is HORRIBLE. They're scams! Avoid no matter what.
