Dave, from customer service product was charged to my card before postmark on package. Product was cancelled on 11/20. They contend product was sent out that day, but postmark shows 11/29

On 11/20, I called and cancelled the product. On 12/03, I received the product again. I called again, and was told they had sent the product out on 11/15, contrary to what the post mark states.

Anyone interested in filing a class action suit against them to stop this from happening to others, please contact me, via here, to stop this fraud. As the product was sent through the mail, the Post Master General can be contacted, as well as the State Attorney General of your state and Tennessee. I believe that the Interstate Commerce Department might have jurisdiction over this, since the product and phone calles cross state line.
