GNS NutraLane LLC
Offered free samples and billed for VIP Club auto-ship

This company GNS, Inc. Also known as NutraLane LLC and FWM Laboratories, billed me for "free samples" and then enrolled me in their VIP Club auto-shipment program and charged my credit card for products without my authorization.

When I called and cancelled I was instructed to mail back the "free samples" at my expense. I was given a cancellation number. When I called about another company about a charge for a free sample of a similar resveratrol product, I was given the same cancellation number, and said that I had already cancelled the account. The person I spoke with denied knowing anything about the NutraLane LLC, GNS and said this company was called FWM Laboratories.

I wonder what exactly is in these capsules I have been taking. It's a scary thought, given the duplicity I am finding when calling them.
