Quest NS Were your files outsourced without your knowledge?

Quest National Services gets hired by medical practices and hospitals to collect on their charts by filing insurance and billing patients. They get a cut. They'll tell you all they can do for you. What they don't tell you is that they keep those promises and manage your workflow by outsourcing the files to India without your knowledge. It's like checking out a contractor before hiring them to fix your house. You check their references, complaints, bond, etc and hire them. Then behind your back they subcontract the job to their cousin who you don't know. Quest threatens their employees with legal action if they let the client know. If your lucky, the fearful employee will call you anyway on the slide to let you know.

So Quest will tell you that their costs are fixed, just and competitive but in reality part of what you pay them goes to India. If they weren't outsourcing, they could charge less. There is a chance your company is one they don't outsource. Just be suspicious if they make you dump files and/or questions into a "Dropbox" or only want you to email them instead of speaking directly to your assigned file liason.
