Unanswered phones cost me my job, then rude customer service

Labcorp made me lose my job due to the fact that they refuse to do their job such as answering phones... If they would have answered I would be employed! Not to mention when I called labcorp customer service I felt like I was treated like a red headed step child. All the lady did was argue with me... Very rude she wouldn't even let me talk and last I checked the phone call was made by me!
