Wageworks customer support / running / site HURTS! It is amazing this organization with such bad support might get public. Nothing is more annoying about my work, than needing to cope with wageworks

1. Customer Support - If customer support does not understand the clear answer, SAYSO. Do not spend my period. Do not tell me about your procedure, when it generally does not jive using what is clearly occurring. May be the repetition incorrect, or even the processor? Do not tell me your running department will require care of it since the repetition delivered them a contact, when it generally does not appear to do something. Do not tell me you'll follow up and contact me back, if you should be not likely to

2. Running - I just have 3 records. Transportation. Parking, Dep Care Bend. Had 2 running problems between Transportation and Parking within the last six months. This screws up my cards when I am budgeting since I anticipate the resources to become about the correct card after I require it, and it results in overage fees. They keep showing me to complete these darn Unique Handling Types, however they cannot approach it right. Then they consider months to approach it simply because theyare "unique". And that I am still awaiting the repair to my last running problem (2 mistakes: incorrect add up to incorrect consideration), that wageworks keeps saying is likely to be fixed "in a couple of days". Seriously, it has been many weeks! It isn't rocket technology

3. The brand new person site really hurts. For the unique handling types I've to complete, and running mistakes wageworks created, changes need to be made to my bill. However the new site does not display these changes everywhere. Just how many individuals have to observe almost all their statements and payments-all on a single display in enormous font? Restore the previous edition where I will appear things up by consideration, such as the changes! And there is no put on the web site to supply feedback. Thus I am worrying below

I might not have the ability to persuade my organization to change from wageworks, but I will get my worries on websites like these as frequently as required. I'm so tired of businesses like Wageworks stating how essential customer support is, but performing the alternative.
