Phil Cottrell recently qualified as a eye care specilaist has cmpletely ruined my eye sight forever and I am suing him for this.

He qualified with a dubious course and opeated on me in April last year. My eye sight has got progressively wore over the past year and I am almost blind in both eyes now. He has no idea what he is doing and it turns out that his qualification is not recognised by the American Eye Association.

Whatever you do please do not use this guy and please report him the moment that you either see him or her from him.
