COTTRELL car hire based in Edinburgh, Scotland have completely ripped me off. I rented a vehicle with them some weeks ago. I paid the usual deposit and the rental amount up front. The Car to say the least was old and run down. It broke down four times. Once on the side of the motorway. The final straw was when we check our bank statement and he had passed the payment almost five times. The company is refusing to refund the money and has now gone into recievership. Can anyone else contact me if they have had similar experiences. Collectively we are stronger as a unit to sue and convict this man.
