Steer clear! This workplace has bad service & worse customer support. The underside line is they need your cash.

Our child is just a university student without dental insurance. She visited Doctor Dental to get a cleansing & x rays during May. Although she was absent at university I attempted to obtain her dental files moved from Doctor Dental, Waterbury to a different dental office since my kid had a hole that required quick function. The x rays and records create be ideal for another dentist. Her Doctor Dental consideration was compensated entirely because the evening of cleansing.

I wanted these documents and was informed they required a 24-hour notice. After I visited get the documents these were not prepared. I waited and was informed just a charge was required.

I called 24 hours later. Work supervisor, Tonya needed more income from me to produce these documents. After I attempted to obtain some extra information she told me she'd not launch the documents to me all and he or she hung-up on me. She was rude. Evidently HIPAA privacy regulations were broken since I'm prohibited to acquire these documents without my childis permission, which she later introduced.

I sent the master Kayne over yesterday and he's not responded though I quit numerous contact possibilities.

Our daughter went elsewhere and got her next x ray inside a year and work completed that possibly must have been planned in-May, because of Doctor Dental mess and insufficient assistance.

I'll be keeping away from this workplace and it is rude office manager Tonya.
